The Prevost TEFLON 12 PTFE thread sealing tape is an assembly accessory for sealing suitable threaded connections on compressed air and pneumatic components. The impregnated roll is 12 m long, 12 mm wide, and 0.076 mm thick.
The flexible PTFE tape is applied to the male thread during assembly and helps seal the components being screwed together. It is suitable for workshops, paint shops, industry, and demanding hobby workshops.

The suitability of the sealing tape depends, among other things, on the thread type, medium, pressure, and temperature of the respective application. Loose PTFE residues must not enter the compressed air line.
